Refund policy
Galtons Christmas World only deal with quality products so if you are not satisfied with your items purchased via our website, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Galtons Christmas World follow all requirements under The New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act for personal shoppers. All faulty or damaged merchandise will be replaced as promptly as possible. If a replacement or exchange item for the faulty or damaged item is not available within a reasonable period of time, we will refund the item in full to the card or account it was paid from.
To arrange a return please contact us with 48 hours of receiving the goods, the returns procedure will then be discussed with you. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, the item and the packaging (eg gift boxing) must be in perfect condition before any returns are accepted. On receipt of returned goods a credit or refund minus the freight charges and 10% administration fee will be processed. No returns are accepted on discounted or sale priced items unless they are faulty or damaged in transit. For return items that are not faulty the consumer is responsible for the return freight costs.
